UCET 2020

Coaches are often asked to design professional learning experiences and to support teachers in implementing new learning. Come to this poster session to explore research based methods to strengthen the professional learning experiences you design for your school or district. Attendees will leave with resources and access to a self-guided module that will deepen coaches understanding of how to design and support effective professional learning for adult learners. This poster session will be beneficial for teachers, coaches, and administrators - ultimately anyone who designs, supports, or attends professional development.
