Make online discussions a place for growth and collaboration by changing up your use of technology. Rather than being a formative assessment of learning, discussions can be a place where students ask questions, learn, collaborate, and make meaning. Recognize the common hang-ups students have in discussion boards and how to make the online discussion more accessible to all students.
Combine John Hattie's 252 Influences of Learning with a variety of technology for a meaningful online learning experience.
